About Dr. Lisa Finn

I am an anesthesiologist with more than 20 years of experience in medical practice. Finding myself drowning in the emotional exhaustion of burnout made me look deeper for my own inner resources.

​

I dove into mindfulness in search of a cure and became

qualified by the Center for Mindfulness in UMASS  now (Brown University Mindfulness Center) to teach the MBSR 8 weeks course. I am qualified in the facilitation of the Mindfulness-Based Chronic Pain and Stress Management Course.

​

I studied Neuro-linguistic programming courses.

I was trained in Ericksonian hypnosis and self-hypnosis.

I recently completed the Wim Hof Method fundamentals course.

My intention is to provide anesthesia and encourage a healthy lifestyle for better healing and recovery

in the operating room and beyond.
