Operating room is associated with  stressful experience for  the patient and it doesn't have to be so.

     Getting exposure to relaxation techniques ,such as simple breathing exercises, mindfulness practice, self -hypnosis, meditation, yoga etc. can help the patient become physician's ally and promote patient's well-being along the way.
